ANALOGY: Simple and Good

Thinking by analogy is a simple approach used to estimate needed resources.

Although its outcome might not be accurate, it might give an idea of what resources you need.

It is also reasonable to perform reality checks when evaluating your plan by comparing your estimates—time, money, people, etc.—to the known historical data.
