CLIQUE: Subgroup Breaking Bad

Large groups will split into smaller subgroups, which will have more intensive communication between its members than with members of a bigger group, and it is not a problem. (It might look so if we want to be a part of the subgroup, but they don’t let us in)

Subgrouping becomes a problem when the subgroup starts undermining the group’s work and develops a subgroup’s goal contrary to the group’s goal.
