SUBJECTIVITY: Develop “The Same Page”

Much of our judgment is subjective and might only exist in our brains. We differ from one another and estimate our assets differently, often emphasizing the ones we have and depreciating those we lack.

This subjectivity becomes a hindrance in group work. Knowing this, we must aim to develop maximally objective criteria for ourselves and the group.
