GAUGING EMOTIONS: They Show Where to Dig

Pay attention to emotions.

Emotions might show the point of starting analysis. What part of the work do you hate most? Explore it. You can use it to gather lessons learned after the project, as you ask what each person liked most and what they hated most during the project. Ideally, people will answer individually, and then you can discuss it with stimulating additional insights.
