SUSTENANCE: Think About Oxygen Before Diving

Sustenance, in its essence, refers to the minimal resources we require to meet our basic needs.

These needs include food, clothes, shelter, travel (short-distance included), and healthcare. Most people throughout history have exerted effort to avoid dying of hunger, cold, or predators, and most people today work to survive. Thus, we often do what we do not want to do and obey people we do not like.

Some societies do not let their members die of hunger these days, which is an impressive achievement for humanity.

Still, we must have the resources to perform. Therefore, before making a life-changing decision, ensure you have enough resources to support yourself and those who depend on you.
